Return and Cancellation Policy

We want you to truly love every piece you receive.

At Mei Ling Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected, and we aim to make the return process smooth and hassle-free.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes — you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All original packaging and labels are intact.

  • The item is in its original condition with only normal handling.

  • Hygiene-related items are clean, unused, and in unopened packaging.

  • Any faults or defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper care cannot be returned.

If your return meets all criteria, it will be processed within 7 business days. Once accepted, we’ll send you confirmation and next steps.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Intimate Apparel

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, lingerie, or other intimate apparel once the packaging has been opened.

Please double-check your size, colour, and style before opening your order. If your item is defective or we made an error, contact us immediately and we will assist you.

How to Return Your Order

Include the following in your message:

  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for your return or exchange

  3. A clear photo if the item is damaged or defective

  4. Your full name

  5. Your address

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our customer care team will provide tailored return instructions. Please do not send items to the address on your package unless instructed — return locations may vary and could require shipping to one of our international processing facilities.

Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, please email us with a clear written statement. Orders already being processed cannot be cancelled.

Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation request and returned items.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you used our standard shipping option.

  • Email us your return shipping confirmation to speed up processing.
